To register for Chai-Pesa, call or text Greenfields Tea Factory Ltd representative on 0700818683. They will come to your location to register you.

How do I check balance?
To check your balance, send an SMS with the word “Balance” or “Bal” to 23581, you'll receive an instant SMS reply from CHAIPESA showing your balance.

How do I withdraw to M-Pesa?
To withdraw send the amount you wish to withdraw i.e 1000 to 23581.

How do I exit Chai-Pesa?
To exit Chai-Pesa just call the rep and you will be opted out.
